This book provides a practical guidebook for those seeking to understand and defeat the Alinsky tactics used by the Obama Administration, Occupy Wall Street, and other far-Left organizations.

What Alinsky, and his followers, failed to comprehend is that they created a whole generation of people who cannot see beyond screaming criticism and offer any modern day solutions to social problems beyond a social shift to the hungry and dreary world of socialism/communism – something they definitely do not actually want to happen.

1. “Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.“ Power is derived from 2 main sources – money and people. “Have-Nots” must build power from flesh and blood.

2. “Never go outside the expertise of your people.“ It results in confusion, fear and retreat. Feeling secure adds to the backbone of anyone.

3. “Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.“ Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty.

4. “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.“ If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules.

5. “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.“ There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.

6. “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.“ They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones.

7. “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.“ Don’t become old news.

8. “Keep the pressure on. Never let up.“ Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new.

9. “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.“ Imagination and ego can dream up many more consequences than any activist.

10.“The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.” It is this unceasing pressure that results in the reactions from the opposition that are essential for the success of the campaign.

11. “If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.“ Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog.

12. “The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.“ Never let the enemy score points because you’re caught without a solution to the problem.

13. “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.“ Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions.

Learn twenty principles to defeat the Alinsky tactics without compromising your morality. Learn how the Obama Administration thinks, and how to counteract them. Learn it. Live it. Take America back.

1. Anticipate that the tactics will be used against you.

2. Define yourself positively before your opposition has the chance to define you.

3. Use ridicule to your advantage, using humor and a soft touch of humanity.

Example: “How can you tell when a liberal is dead?

Answer: They stop calling you a racist.”

This is ridicule, but it is done in a way that is somewhat clever, a bit humorous, and perhaps most importantly – not directed at a single individual.

4. Emulate their use of Alinskys’ 4th rule – make them live up to their own book of rules.

5. Force your opponent to back up any and all accusations made against you.

6. Refuse to be targeted, and refuse to be smeared with the deeds of others. Don’t take on any labels, they will always be used against you.

7. Fight Fire with fire – When the extremist card is played against you, play one right back at them.

8. Embrace Religion, don’t run from it.
Frame Religion in the context of the faith of the founding Fathers, and point out the millions of God fearing Americans of every faith who make America a better place to raise our children every day. Remind your opponent that the first amendment is one the most transformative, and liberating laws in human history.

9. Use what your opposition gives you. Their tactics are extreme, petty and over the top, oftentimes downright dangerous. Call them out on this whenever possible.

10. Take away their talking points. If a claim is not true, prove it false. If it is true, admit it. The important thing is to not let it fester. Make them change talking points constantly.

11. Be open and honest about your faults and failures from the outset.
It is much better to be honest about any mistakes you have made than try to spin them. If your position on an issue has evolved, then admit it and explain what changed your mind.

12. Never apologize for success, and extol the virtues of opportunity and personal achievement.

13. Always make your argument, and your candidacy about America, keeping Solutions for America at the forefront of your stance.

14. Do Not allow yourself to be lumped in with any group or any less than flattering ideology.
Never accept a label that makes you appear weak or extreme. Point out stark contrasts between who you are and what you believe as opposed to the allegations against you.

15. Always Project America as strong. Where there is a will, there is a way.

16. Think more than one move ahead.

“It should be remembered not only that the action is in the reaction, but the action is itself the consequence of reaction  and of reaction to reaction, ad infinitum. The Pressure produces the reaction, and constant pressure sustains action”

17. Know Both sides of the issue. Do your homework, intellectual honesty will only reinforce your own convictions while allowing you to gain the knowledge necessary to deconstruct your opponents point of view. For example, you can’t defeat a well informed liberal if you only listen to Conservative points of view. Know both sides, but stay neutral whenever possible.

18. Control the Pressure. Always force your opponent to react.
Within the Alinsky paradigm, the best defense is a good offense. It is always preferable for the Alinskyite to keep the pressure on.. Logic and cohesiveness of thought are unimportant to the agitator. He or she is simply attempting to roil you, and provoke you into responding emotionally rather than thoughtfully. Remember, it is always easier to tear something down than it is to build it. Ali8nskyites will use whatever method that is at their disposal to throw you off your game. They are not trying to prove a point or win a logical battle. They are attempting to get you to react in a way they can use against you. They are not interested in serious political dialogue, only tearing you down. Their goal is to keep you from exposing this administration’s lies, and putting forth positive alternatives.

20. The sooner you reveal anything that can be used against you, the sooner it will become old news. The sooner you can get a negative into public awareness before your opponent does, the better.
